Unilorin Seeks NUC’s Approval To Increase Admission Quota
1>>The Vice Chancellor of the University of Ilorin, Prof.
AbdulGaniyu Ambali (OON), has announced that the
University would admit more students for the 2016/2017
academic session, if on-going discussions with the
Universities Commission (NUC) yield positive result.
Prof. Ambali, who disclosed this penultimate Sunday
26, 2016) during the annual Iftar/interactive session with
journalists in Kwara State, said that the University
was already putting necessary modalities in place
accommodating more students. He disclosed that in
this, more lecture theatres, more class rooms, and more
hostels are being built to make learning and teaching
conducive for both students and staff.

was yet to release either the date or modalities for the

parents to disregard the fake modality that has gone
