Rapper Bobby Shmurda Confirms He’ll Be Released From Prison in 2020
BOBBY SHMURDA HAS CONFIRMED HE WILL BE RELEASED FROM PRISON IN 2020.
According to Complex, the jailed rapper revealed this in new interview with This Is 50 published Thursday, where he also responded to claims of his beef with rapper Tekashi 69.
“I got two years left. 2020 Im coming out and F.ucking everything up,” he said about his impending release.
“Ain’t no beef, no problems,” said Shmurda, adding, “I’ve been hearing a bunch of crazy Sh!t . . . First of all, I seen all the colors in the hair and all that Sh!t and I started laughing.”
He also agrees that artists should express themselves however they see fit. “MotherF.uckers wanna paint their hair pink, then paint their hair pink,” he said. “F.uck it.”
Shmurda also spoke about the up-and-coming acts he has been introduced to, rappers like Gunna and Lil Baby, saying, “Man, I hear about everything, I ain’t gonna lie,” he said, adding that he F.ucks with “all the young boys that’s out there.”
And then he encourages them to stir away from the disastrous path he took. “Everybody’s supposed to be living good and gettin’ money,” he said. “That’s it.”
This comes just days after his mother Leslie Pollard informed fans on how her son was faring in prison. “He is maintaining great spirits and will be home before you know it,” she said.
